UltraScope warrants your
UltraScope/MAXIScope stethoscope for life. The warranty applies to the original
owner and is not transferable. Your UltraScope will be repaired or replaced at
the option of UltraScope, if a manufacturing or material defect is determined.
UltraScope eartips, diaphragm, retaining ring, binaurals, and internal spring
will be replaced at no charge. UltraScope tubing is also warranted if a
manufacturing or material defect is determined.
Abuse, including neglect, unauthorized alteration i.e. switching one head
between different tubing or repair attempts will void the warranty.
Online Warranty registration
The UltraScope head is machined from
an extremely crack resistant modern plastic. The head, tubing and binaural
assembly filters external noises while amplifying heart/lung sounds.
Single-sided pressure sensitive
head made from shatter and crack resistant acrylic. UltraScope heads are
individually hand painted; therefore each head is unique and may vary in color
and design.
